"Crime Bill" was enacted 10 years ago with a provision
to ban sales
of newly manufactured "High Capacity Magazine"
It
had a "Sunset" provision. On September 13, it must be
ratified by Congress or it will expire.

September 13 of this year the Crime Bill will "Sunset"
